Packaging was professional

I had a great experience prior to getting my order, quick reply’s to emails about shipping delays, etc. but once I received my order, I had received my acrylic door for my crate broken. I tried to reach out multiple times and have not heard back. Super bummed and sad because I had such a great experience before delivery and love our crate so much but it’s a disappointment to spend so much money and it arrive cracked and with no one replying to our emails.

Overall, the products are premium and very convenient but not a 100% a dog proof... Take about little over a week to receive the products.

Although easy to return, was surprised they didn't support the "as advertised" component pieces and go ahead and include them in the expensive price.

shopping took longer but overall good
