we had trouble finding out when the order even shipped. we ordered on Aug 14 and received Aug 27. order was delayed due to back order but we were not made aware of that issue.

I was very disappointed with your product I’ve use this product in the past (purchase from some where else) and it was wonderful. When your product arrived it was separated it looked like it was maybe old or maybe just had to be mixed together it won’t mix it’s lumpy, still separate it, I’m guessing it’s not going to be be effective.

I did not receive the right product. I ordered the shampoo and received the lotion.

Did not receive my order? Have requested an inquiry through PayPal and need a refund because I have not received it.

I am sorry to say my horse had hives from this product.
