I will never order again! I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and nothing. No communication of shipping date or delay, I still have nothing. Bad customer service! I have had to purchase another product.

I paid for 2 day shipping as my gallon was almost empty and I did not want to run out. I ordered with PayPal and included both my physical and POBox addresses. We do not have rural delivery USPS.. it took Equiderma 4 days to ship and I still have not received my order! Very disappointed ! I have sent Equiderma an Email several days ago and still no reply. That is terrible customer service! I love their products, but customer service sucks!

I have a mare with scratches and ordered the skin lotion with 2-day shipping. It was urgent and I needed the lotion immediately because the scratches was getting significantly worse by the day. My order didn't arrive for 8 days. I contacted customer service to ask about the delay and the lady acknoledged the fact that my order showed 2-day shipping, but said she doesn't understand why because the price I paid was for the standard shipping. Don't know if it was a computer glitch or what, but when I checked out it showed I was paying for 2-day shipping. I needed it in 2 days. I emailed support one more time and never got a response. Most certainly will never be ordering from this company again.

I have ordered this spring and have not received the product. I was updated on the delay but have not received any product ☹️

I have not received this item yet!!!! AND I can get no one to answer as to why.
