Received my package without a spray nozzle. Emailed letting them know I didn't receive it and never heard anything back

Placed order on 20 June, have yet to receive it. So I can't really say anything positive as of yet. 9 July

I tried the Neem and Aloe Horse Spray and unfortunately my horse has experienced a horrible reaction to it. He has hives and his skin is very inflamed and hot to the touch. I am a bit surprised as he responded well to the Neem Shampoo but not this product. I tried to give it to a friend in the barn and she declined. Said she had the same problem a few months ago with her mare. Very disappointed.

Liked products but will never order online again. Product was not delivered.

Equiderma should have communicated long delayed expected shipping date. We waited close to two weeks (still waiting). I'm sure COVID is the common excuse. But not periodically communicating with your customer on delivery status updates is not acceptable. Why even send me a survey when we haven't yet received our products?
