Our gallon of fly spray was supposed to be delivered on Jun1. It is now Jun 4 and we still have not received it. I called customer service and was asked to leave a message??

It was delivered 15.2 miles away onHickory Hill road. One box was torn and leaking. The person who had it delivered on his porch was not home but found me and I went to get it. He had it all over his porch. Then I got it all over my truck when I picked it up. It was delivered by Budget. He said he has security video of the delivery. I took pictures.

The product itself is excellent however shipping and service is terrible. They are offering a promotion that they don’t have in stock and with longer then normal wait times. They didn’t disclose the item was not available so I could purchase elsewhere. Once they did notify me I told them I would need a refund so I can order someplace else and they never responded to me.

Love the products. Disappointed in the delivery time and lack of communication about expected arrival time. When I order a product I don’t think it’s unreasonable to have a company respond with a tracking number and an estimate of a delivery date. Crickets when emails sent asking when I can expect delivery.

I bought a bottle of the equine lotion that has separated. Ive emailed about a week ago and no response. Is this supposed to happen? It just comes out like oil. Thanks Danetta Baldoni
