Absolutely love your products, 5 star. Your logistics system is a nightmare. you pay $8.50 for two day shipping on two different orders, both took three weeks to get to my house. makes me want to order from someone else

As far as products go, I recommend them hands down. Customer service? Not so much. Ordered and was told I would have two day shipping. Did not happen. Took two weeks and a call to ups to get info. Still haven’t gotten my full order since half of it is on back order.

Good stuff but for the price doesn’t last very long

I love your product, but never received my last order. I called. A rep called me back and said it was delayed, but it would be delivered and sweetly added a small bottle for my trouble. My order is still not here.

I bought the concentrated horse fly spray with the thought I would be adding water to it. I see no instructions how to mix. Am I too use this as it comes in the bottle? Why is it concentrated if I don't mix with water.
