Love the horse spray! This most recent order seems to be different in color and aroma from last year’s order. What’s changed?

I bought the lotion because I seen it had great reviews for tail rubbing out and mane. I’ve used it for a little over 2 weeks now and I haven’t seen any improvement. My horse is still rubbing it all out to the skin. She has been wormed and I have tried every other option. I was really hoping this would work. I can’t afford to keep dumping money into a product in hopes that it will work when I haven’t seen any results in weeks.

So far, I can’t squeeze substance out of the bottle. Disappointing.

Although I love the products, I am found this order was exceptionally difficult to receive with multiple follow ups on my part. The product should never have taken 35 days to finally get to me. I was also promised an extra bottle of lotion for my inconvenience which was not included in my order. When I mentioned it was not received, I was promised that it would be sent and I have yet to receive the extra bottle. I am now looking for other products on the market that are more easily ordered and received.
