The product is great, very sturdy, weatherproof and a very attractive addition to our yard. Originally I ordered a 3 foot tall run which is very difficult stand up in to clean. In order to add height I had to purchase an entire 3 foot run. I could not purchase individual panels and now have useless extra panels.

I bought the Rhode island homestead with a 6' walk in run but the storm panel don't seem to match up with the run itself or the picture that was in the box, my run also includes a walk in door where this on does not show it

Disappointed that I didn't receive the Splash red Wyandottes after waiting so long for them but customer service was great and I got my money refunded.

Good: The coop’s design is functionally good. safe for chickens, easy to clean, and convenient for collecting eggs. It also looks cute, and shipping was very fast. Bad: The wood quality is poor, and the installation instructions were unclear.

Poor job with executing issues with missing parts. Waited 9 days from the day I called to the day I received the missing parts. Then continued the steps and come to find out there’s more missing parts. I didn’t want to wait another 9 days so made the missing parts myself instead.
