The Chicken Coop Company

We have owned our Rhode Island extra large chicken coop with the run attached now for about a year and we are absolutely in love with it. We do live in Massachusetts, where we get every kind of weather you can think of and it has delivered better than we expected very maintainable very easy to clean our hens love it!!! The companies’s customer service has always been right there for all of our needs questions and or issues. We had run into was one of the tracks on our poop tray and the company dishes absolutely no problem sending us a new being within the warranty times with no cost to us whatsoever. I cannot say enough great things about a company for holding through to customers and their product. We are more than grateful for this company.

Just put my second coop together really a big fan of the design, and it’s easy to assemble just remember chickens come in different sizes some are small and some are large so consider that when you purchase one. I looked at a bunch is different coops before I bought these and these are built better than any I have looked at. Shipping is good and you get answers when you email or text the people. Thanks for a good product and service.

They’re the best Products/Service

My wife and I easily assembled the coop in a couple of hours. It is well made and our chickens love it. The best thing about this company is the customer service. I have called a few times with questions about installing the automatic door and the waterer accessories, and they have been extremely responsive and helpful every time.

This is a great company. Not only are the coops great but customer service is fantastic! I bought my coop (Rhode Island) about 3 years ago and my chickens love it and so do I. I recently needed something for the coop and they were more than happy to send it to me. I had put the wrong sending address and didn’t catch it until I got notice that it was being shipped. They were able to change it before it was too late even though they had to pay the shipping cost again which they didn’t charge me for! You can’t go wrong with this company!
