This is a great company. Not only are the coops great but customer service is fantastic! I bought my coop (Rhode Island) about 3 years ago and my chickens love it and so do I. I recently needed something for the coop and they were more than happy to send it to me. I had put the wrong sending address and didn’t catch it until I got notice that it was being shipped. They were able to change it before it was too late even though they had to pay the shipping cost again which they didn’t charge me for! You can’t go wrong with this company!

Excellent customer service. Fast shipping and only one tiny chip in one piece of wood.

Would like to see 1X2" treated lumber around the perimeter of the bottom of the coop and run. Would avoid future wood rot. Also, would like to see a fold down door on the front bottom of coop just like the sides.

Selection and shipping were great! I haven't had a chance to put my coop up yet due to injury.

I really like the new fan in my chicken coop! Installation was much easier than I expected — it even came with a hole saw, and I was able to mount it on the inside of the small window without removing the predator mesh, which is great. After installation, I just had to secure the cables inside the coop. The fan itself seems to be very good quality and runs quietly. The chickens aren’t bothered by it at all. I really like the control unit and the app, which make it easy to monitor what’s happening inside the coop. Another great feature is that it comes with two outlets, so I can plug in a heating pad or heated waterer when the weather gets cold. I might even add some artificial light for the shorter winter days. The only thing I wish it had is a solar power option with a built-in battery. Running electricity out to the coop was a bit of a challenge. But overall, I’m very happy with this fan and would definitely recommend it!
