This review is strictly dealing with customer service as I have yet to purchase a coop. That's right no purchase!! The customer service is outstanding, question after question, discussion after discussion quick responses to the point. This company will have my business as soon as the site prep is finished. !!

I bought my coop from a chicken coop company because I wanted a prefab option for my backyard birds, and I couldn't be more happy. Their customer service post-purchase has also been fantastic, and they even called me personally to thank me for my support. As a new chicken owner, I know I'll need future guidance and materials on how to keep my chickens happy and healthy, and the chicken coop company will be my first stop!
