I ordered a second run of the same one I bought previously only to find out the sizing was different. I reached out to a girl in customer service who reached out to the manager and told me there was nothing they could do for me. I spent over 3 grand with this company and very disappointed in how I was treated. Ontop of that, the wood is very cheap and my hinges are already breaking off. The coop and run.

I ordered an item from you months ago & still haven’t received it. The tracking number you gave me shows it was never received by FedEx in order to bring it to me. I want a refund. I will track down my order number & send an email.
