Chelsea Dogs

I am so very disappointed with the lack of service. I ordered a dog jumper on the 11th December that has still not arrived. I’ve left several voicemail messages as the phone line seems permanently diverted and also sent emails but I’ve still not had any response. The lateness of the delivery is not an issue but the lack of response is frustrating. At least my dog has stopped growing otherwise it could have grown out of it my the time it arrives!

Still haven't received my order that was placed 2 weeks ago. I've emailed and messaged through Facebook with no response

No notification as to where my dog jumper is in transit - still waiting for it to arrive. An email update would be appreciated
