Ordered 3 items for my girls birthday, two arrived but not the third, contacted company via email and was told they would ship a replacement immediately which also never arrived. Not great service and dissapionting for my girls 12th birthday

Zero star! Product not received. Called and no answer. Email and no response

3 weeks and still haven’t received my order. Three E-mails and numerous calls to your London number (leaving messages on your answer machine) and no response from you

This dog bed is ideal. Waterproof so it can be wiped down. Well made with durable comfortable material. Reasonable price considering it should last a good while. Ideal size for my Staffy. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a dog harness. Followed the size guide but harness is to small. No return instructions so have sent three e mails and left voice message ( answer machine whatever time if day I call ) to ask how to return and order the next size. This has been going on for several days with no response
