Cannot review blanket as it has never arrived. I am hoping to hear back from customer services but cannot give any stars without having product. One star for appalling customer service and no contact from company since ordering

Ordered a card after a friend sadly lost her dog on 24th. No card turn up. Waited 10 days and emailed. No response. Wanted another 2 days. Emailed again to the support email. Still no response or card. I am now trying to get a refund. Very disappointed.

We haven’t even received the product yet!

Not easy to review when one of my items hasn’t even arrived yet. Ordered a month ago…. Have written and phone to find out what is happing. Nothing, not a happy camper

Still haven’t received my dog collar … 3 weeks later .. have called 3 times now and left messages and emailed and STILL NO RESPONSE!!!
