Placed an order on the 18th September. Received confirmation email. Since then no emails about delays, dispatch despite chasing. Very disappointed

Very disappointing service! I bought a Scruffs dog bed according to the size chart and it was far too small. Both Chelsea Dogs and Scruffs have refused to take it back so I am left with a bed that is useless to me. I wouldn’t recommend either company

None of my items have arrived and I have not been able to get in touch with the company. No answer on the phone number supplied and stopped responding to emails

No communication about when it will be delivered. What am I supposed to be reviewing?
