I ordered a get well soon gift box for a friend's dog, early December, after a couple of weeks of not receiving the item I emailed and found out that they stopped taking orders before Christmas. There was no warning on their website. No communication after purchase and I only received my refund after I raised this myself. Very poor customer service.

I ordered and paid £43 for a red leather collar with pets name on. I was disappointed when it arrived. Made contact with seller, but no response. I won't be buying again.

Product delivered wasnt the product I ordered. And it split after a few hours
