Chelsea Dogs

Order took days to be delivered and there was very little comms around the order. I thought I had ordered 2 different items so when one only appeared I called to discuss. Had to leave message and no-one has called me back. Now I have 1 neck scarf for 2 dogs - they are presents and I am a little miffed....

Incomplete order

Never received my order. Luckily I had paid via PayPal and they were able to arrange a full refund.

You have not done very well at all, still waiting for the collars and leads I have ordered

£58 was taken from my account for a large sized coat for my cockapoo and I have not received anything. I am very disappointed.
