Chelsea Dogs

I ordered a Dog Doza bed to match the dog bed we already have and actually received a GB pet bed. It is a lovely, well made bed however, having carefully measured the outer edge measurements the sleeping area is too small due to the thickness of the sides. They are at least twice the thickness of our existing bed and i cannot see the wall thickness measurements given in the advert. On feeding this back to Chelsea Dogs I’ve been advised that they will squash down over time! Quite how sides will squash I’m not sure. (Refused to consider an exchange, as per order message and it apparently having been made to order) so for this reason I can only give 3 stars as is not fit for purpose for our dog so a great disappointment for all of us

When I order a cake or any food for that matter, I'm expecting it to be fresh..not to be told after I've placed and paid for my order that the items have a six (6) month shelf life. The cake was dry and very crumbly which tells me it probably was 6 months old already..and this was the second cake that was sent due to the first being sent over a week early for a planned birthday party. Even my fur baby deserves a fresh yummy cake!

Duck toy for puppy lasted 10minutes and the delivery took longer than expected

I’ve still only received half of my order? And had no response from several emails asking where it is or when it will finally arrived. The other half that has arrived I’m very pleased with and my little Betsy seems very comfortable in it.

Really like the engraved metal clasp on this but the collar is lighter in colour than it looked online and has pale stitching instead of dark stitching as shown. Looks more pale pink than lilac.
