I ordered a dog tag printed with the Fantastic Four logo. The print quality of the logo was shown to be clear, high resolution, and smooth and glossy on the website, but the delivered product was printed on a rough, mottled surface and at a lower resolution so the details are not as clear or as punchy as expected. A smooth shiny gloss finish and a higher print resolution would have been better. Overall I wasn’t blown away by the quality of the printing. The contact details on the reverse of the dog tag were clear, legible and perfectly acceptable. Delivery was prompt and efficient.

Good service and product. But lack of returns policy disappointing as I would have liked to change one of the beds for a different size. So now have ended up with bed I don't want.

Good site with some lovely doggie gifts .iam still waiting for my purchase so Iam not very happy.

Well, the item hasn’t even been received l… Comms are ok but sadly the whole purchasing from what seems like a local business and then finding out the items are shipped from Poland is a bad cx journey.
