The website is easy to use, the only downside is there was no email to confirm my order. I am still waiting for my order to be sent, which when queried I received a response within a day.

Have ordered a number of the personalised dog bowls for my dogs and for friends pets. Really lovely and have always been pleased with the products. Only negative, I was not informed my order has been dispatched or who the courier was, and luckily I was at home when the parcel arrived.

Purchased two ceramic dog bowls because I was looking for made in UK. Really pleased with the quality.
