Good service, very nice products and prompt response to inform when a product was not available. Only constructive feedback would be on the status order on website as even when my order was delivered it was showing as processing so would be good to modify that.

I ordered the Padded leather dog collar and rolled lead - superb quality - extremely pleased with the item. One of the items I ordered was out of stock and refund was processed promptly. Excellent customer service. Will certainly be purchasing from the site again.

First purchase from this Company. Good service, but wasn't made aware that parcel had been despatched, which would have been useful. Nevertheless will buy from then again.

Great website & great selection of products. Fairly easy to use - I only struggled with the search + filter function not always giving me exactly what I’m looking for, which barely impacted my shopping experience. Checkout was a smooth process - I’ll definitely be a return customer.

Unfortunately the delivery was a bit slow (FedEx International) but the team at Chelsea Dogs did respond to my enquiry quickly and kept track of the shipment and given the product came from the EU its hardly a surprise. Rex loves his Bowl & Bone harness/lead and the Chelsea Dogs website is great! Thank you
