Part of my order was missing and when I called I was told it was back ordered. So I received the main item over a month later and then still it was missing one item. On that one item I had to call for a refund. This experience wasn’t very good.

Service is good but there are too many items out of stock. The option to get notified when something is back in stock isn't working, I get notifications only find out items are still out of stock. BA also needs to check some of its prices. I recently looked into buying a replacement UV bulb for my tank sterilizer, it sells for $89 but you can get them at Amazon for $60

My Fluval SpecV came broken. Called the refund # and they are shipping me out another one without a hassle. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars.
