Still have NOT received my full order... haven't been able to find a way to contact you. Love what I received, want to buy more but worried that I have no recourse at this point.... WOULD LOVE SOME ASSISTANCE PLEASE!!

I have had no information on when it was shipped nor any tracking number so I can have a good idea as to when the package will arrive.. I do not even know who the carrier is..

Convenient and generally decent prices. Always fun going to the store, but more attention could be paid to the online side and have it consolidated (curbside with regular store with regular big al website). Also descriptions, and central shipping from a warehouse would make it a lot easier than to wait until my local big al has it in stock. One thing that just proved my point about putting more care to online is I can't even submit my review via the email I got. It didn't go anywhere so I had to put the extra time and go to this landing page. Test test test test test!

One of the item was open and used. Service is not the same as it used to be. The last few times I ordered either items are missing, sent wrong item and now used.
