Poor Communication
Order placed 9/22. Called on 9/28 to check status, as on line still showed packing. Was told I would get an email to update. Called 2nd time on 9/29-still shows packing on website. Was told it would be shipped by 5pm that day and I would have tracking #. Did not receive tracking # until 10/1. Called 3rd time on 10/5, as tracking # showed no movement. Was given a $25 credit for my inconvenience and told FedEx must be behind in entering info. Finally received order on 10/7. Big Al's packing slip shows it was not shipped until 10/5. What was the hold up? Why not be honest and up front if there was a problem and not have me call 3 times, in addition to emailing the support on 10/1? The only reason for a 3 star review and not a 1 star, is the credit I was given. But I would hesitate to order from here again. I ordered other product the same day from another aquarium supply store and received the products on 9/28.
