I wanted to give 5 stars but changed my mind when I realized that I’m still waiting on my first order placed. Every other order came and they didn’t come together they came in separate boxes making keeping track of items to orders myself difficult, there where no emails to even let me know that my packages had shipped, until way after they had been delivered. I’m still not sure what’s going on with my first order, and why all the others where done before the first. Placing orders and receiving seems just as scattered and as unorganized as when I’m in the store, and staff are all over the place, not sure of what is going on around them.

I found exactly what I was looking for at an unbelievable price. It was shipped promptly and safely. Great customer service when I had a question. I will definitely be back!

Stores are very competitive, organized and well stocked with the staff being friendly and having an excellent knowledge and advise on tropical fish selection and mixture of fish for a community tank. Be careful in selecting plants for the aquarium, these might come with snails which are hard to get writ off.

Generally good with no issues. This particular order was incorrectly shipped and poorly packaged but customer service has been contacted and is fixing the issue.

Overall, I enjoy doing business with Big Als. I would like to suggest some improvements. 1, method to ensure the items are as ordered and nothing more-received items which were not on my list. Got return postage, but that costs you extra money. 2. method to make sure orders are not duplicates-receive two identical orders with same amount charged twice.
