I appreciate that Big Als responds to questions but sometimes, the employee does not answer all the questions. This is frustrating when you need an answer and a lot of time is spent in back and forth communication.

I ordered two different lights for fish tank (Ocean and Corral) online and order got processed. One of the lights is out of stock and my card got credited for the light that is currently not available. Would have like to keep the purchase and for item to be shipped out when available, unless it was going to be an extended time, and I could have been informed if I would like to be credited or keep it as is and have item ship once it arrives.

Need to have more items in stock

I'd love to see you guys lower your minimum purchase amount for free shipping. Thanks
