Detritus worms from plants?

I'd like to let you know that after planting amazon swords from your store in two of my aquariums, I have detritus worms in them now. It's not necessarily from your plants, but perhaps you should check the tank you keep them in. I guess this is just a normal part of having an aquarium but I'm a little disappointed.

Store experience is great online/website is horrible

I am in Canada so this applies to the Canadian experience. This is a two part review. Part 1: The in store experience is fantastic from the knowledgable staff through to the great product selection. Part 2: The website experience is horrible. I have complained to customer service in the past about the website experience and pointed out the following two glaring issues. (1) You don't feature all of your available inventory on the website. An example is live frozen food. Customer service said it is because frozen food can't be delivered in case it spoils so it's not on the site. I replied back that you fail to realize a lot of people use the website to see if a store offers a particular product to buy in-store. After all who wants to make their way to a store only to find out they don't sell the required item(s). Researching availability of products is how a lot of people use a store's site. Modern online ecommerce sites allow businesses to show inventory but don't allow visitors the option to add certan items to the cart and the description says "Available in-store only". I know you have frozen food but I needed a specific type and because none of the frozen foods showed on the website I ended up going to PetSmart because I was able to see online that they sold what I needed. You lost the sale. (2) You don't allow the ability to choose a store for curbside pickup during this time of store closures because of Covid. I know a lot of people like the curbside option because they can get items right away and don't have to wait/pay for shipping. Again, I went to PetSmart because they offer the curbside feature on the website and what I couldn't get from PetSmart I ordered from Amazon. The stuff I had to order from Amazon I knew I could get from you (I needed refractometer calibration solution for my saltwater tank and PetSmart doesn't deal with saltwater but I know you do). Having to go to Amazon was disappointing because I prefer to support my local businesses directly if the items I need are available. Again, you lost the sale. I manage websites for a living and I give yours a 5/10 for not adapting to changing situations with online shopping especially during these difficult times for everyone. Business was pretty good. Finding

Business was pretty good. Finding items was easy and Shipping was quick. Although an item was missing from my order, it was easy to contact Big Al’s to have it shipped.

Order was shipped in two

Order was shipped in two boxes which is ok but seller did not provide that information. So, when 1 box arrived and the other didn't questions arose which the seller did not answer immediately. Both boxes were shipped under the same tracking number but the boxes were not identified as 1 of 2 and 2 of 2.
