The products showed up and same quality as expected. Was missing a rubber seal ring for one item. Called Cx support and they will send a whole new product out. Waiting for that to arrive still.

Always got what I wanted in very good shape. Not happy that you no longer carry Tetra foods, pumps and Marineland filters.

We bought a canary from Big Al's, which turned out to be the wrong gender as to what was stated. We wanted to exchange the canary. After some initial resistance, Big Al's came through and allowed the exchange. Very happy now. I would recommend Big Al's.

Big Al,s has good products , and has a good stock of Ehiem products.

Als has CLEAN (very important), healthy and fairly priced aquarium livestock. If not for the live shark they keep in a display tank that in my opinion, though large, is much too small for a white tip reef shark to be housed in, I would give Als 5 stars. I really do wish they would stop keeping sharks in their display tank. The poor thing can barely turn around and has virtually no swimming area. They don’t keep it for long and switch them out regularly, but still, it makes me sad every time I see it. Other than that, Als is a good place to buy livestock that you can be sure will make a great new addition to your home.
