Customer service got back to me quickly after I wrote about a missing item from my received shipment. Would like to have been given an idea of when I might expect the remainder of the order to ship, i.e. tracking number.

did not receive 1 item listed as sent but was not in stock was charged for the item and was told had to reorder and pay to ship again

I am awaiting a response regarding a missing piece from one item in my order, other than that I have had a good experience with Big Al’s!
