Really good assortment of aquarium products at good prices. Unfortunately won't ship to my daughter in Juneau, Alaska, but otherwise very satisfied.

Let down by the fact that I ordered a 36” light and received a 12” light. Instead of sending the wrong product I would have appreciated communication (email, phone call whatever) that told me it wasn’t in stock. You could have refunded without ever paying for shipping (and return shipping) of the wrong item. I truly appreciate that I was refunded my purchase prior to my even sending back the wrong item. That gesture of good faith goes a long way with me. This is the reason I would still consider purchasing from Big Al’s again.

Ordered with ease, still had a problem with order but Big Al's Pets corrected immediately!

They have Eheim products. They make good products for aquariums. Good selection and if they don't have something I want, they can get it.

Prices are great was a bit disappointed was not told an item in my last purchase was not in stocks after delivery .y reason for 4 stars will still shop your site
