Good service/website and a good selection of quality stuff to purchase.

We were there Friday , it is always fun , but Friday my son forgot to give the big Al card for the points and the guy that was ring us in , did not ask , he was dealing with us and talking to someone else so I was little upset that we never got the 100 percent service , my son spent like $100 and forgot his point card so we we upset about that , but the staff is good and friendly ,

When you are new to the hobby having Big Al’s to rely on for all the proper supplies and knowledge says it all. Happy Cichlid lover.
