Have just installed this filter so not sure as yet how well it will perform? Definitely has a good strong flow, so I think it will work well.

I phoned Big Als in Woodbridge about a damaged power supply unit for LED lights. The young lady who responded to my inquiry was fantastic. She asked me to email her the photo of the unit which I had taken and she would look into it. i received a response the next day that a new unit was being sent to me. It arrived the following day. No problems, no hassle, no charge. I am totally impressed with the service. This was my second approach to Bid Als about the power unit. A few weeks ago I took the unit to the Big Als stpre in Stoney Creek where my grandson had purchased all his aquarium equipment. An assistant took the unit and went off to investigate. Some time later she returned with "Sorry I can't find a replacement, we can't help you. Try an electrical store." Wow! What customer service. Thank you Emma K in the Woodbridge location.
