Your products and store set up are awsome. However, the manager in the fish department on Innes road in Ottawa is horrible, not friendly and very condescending, he talks down to people and make people feel like crap! I don’t know he can be in charge of managing staff.. I will not be returning as long has he is there!

You guys held my parts even after my payment cleared the day i ordered them and one of your reps said on monday they would ahip them out and yet you didnt send them out till wed

First you need an approval to return the product they provided an inaccurate description of so you end up with something you can't use. Then after they approve the return they expect you to pay for return shipping??! Use Paypal so you have someone to take your back when you deal with Big Al!!!

I ordered an item 3 weeks ago. UPS tracking says a label was created but they never received it. 3 calls to Customer service and a lengthy email and have not received it to date. The charge has already appeared on my credit card. Other online companies would have had this issue resolved by now. So disappointed.
