I recieved gravel when i wanted sand. i reached out to big al’s the day the package arrived. they never responded & i thought that was because i didnt have an account so i made one & tried again. this time i gave them a whole extra business day to reply to me. i have now sent my 3rd message & have been prompted to write a review still before anyone from al’s has talked to me abt this now well-over extremely inconvenient blunder. i am giving big al’s 2 more days to message me back before i give up trying to give them my business.

I ordered some goods on 06/16/2018 and the package was delivered by UPS to a wrong address. Despite sending emails to customer service about the issue (after I called UPS to find out what was happening) wasn't until 15 days later I had a response from Big Al's. They told me they will contact UPS to re schedule another delivery but UPS decided to return the package. Now I have almost a month (07/13/2018) without receiving the goods I ordered and don't have a clue about what it is going to happen with the order since after communicating the return by UPS to Big Al's Customer service I haven't got a response either. Not buying from them anymore.

Need to have the webpage easy to find and easy to use

Wouldve been 5 stars if you actually send the stuff your people buy
