The products are top quality, just never need help of any nature. Online it says if products are in inventory. I placed an order for 4 different items. They cancelled the order and never told me. I emailed them 4 times and never got a reply. When I finally got a reply (a month later), they said all 4 items were out of stock and that was why it was cancelled. If the probability of placing an order for 4 items and they are all out of stock is a reality, why place any online order....it seems like 100% of your requested items will not be in stock. Your best option is going in the physical store to buy products vs place online orders, especially if you really need a product!

Got things as gifts for Xmas was not able to return for store credit and took customer service 8 days to tell me this. The product I wanted to exchange was unopened still in complete retail packaging. I am truly disappointed in the service recieved.

Waiting a month to receive my order is unacceptable. The aquarium plants I purchased died while waiting for the aquarium plant weights that I purchased a month ago from Big Al's. I'm very disappointed.

I've had zero luck trying to communicate with who or what ever they have answering the emails on their end but 5 mins after the order I said cancel please and send a refund the only response I got was 2 days later saying "why" that's it "why" i order 5 -6 gallon tanks get 2 one broken sent a picture and a questionnaire as to what the fuck is this god knows what respon9ill get so yeah in a nut shell from someone who uses several different sites for my hobby spending thousands a year for it this had to be the stupidest company yet because I cancled my order got asked why still got my order never got a response after the big fuck u of a why" and for 2 of my 5 tanks and 1 is fucking broken I'm behind pissed and will be going to BBB ty have a nice day
