Very bad service
It took almost 2 weeks from ordering to shipping. While my tank was apart so it could be moved back in place after flooring installation I was to change the gravel to sand. Installers were to put it back. Now I have to hire a moving company to do so. Extremely disappointed in your service on this order.

Ordered an XL rabbit hut hideout ...received wrong size...called was told I would be sent a return label (still waiting for it)...reordered another XL hut, it came today and another WRONG SIZE hut...I am NOT HAPPY!!!😡
