I have submitted two requests for product support for an item you sell. One request was on line the other was with a store associate. I have not received any response from either inquiry at his time. Although not responding (yet?) you have taken the time for my feed back. I can't give positive feed back because you have not addressed my important issue at this time.

I Did Not Receive My Package & No Calls Were Made To Me

6 days after placing an order, it had not shipped. I contacted customer service with an email and after 24 hrs, with a phone call and an explanation for the delay could not be given so I canceled the order. This was my first experience with Big Al's and it will also be my last.

I will not buy from here anymore. Taking a 5 or more days to ship my order is BS.

Bought this turtletherm and doesnt work like it says, its preset at 78 degrees for a 30 g tank and I have it in a 40 g tank with about 12 inches of water and it wont heat up to the 78 degrees only reaches 70 to 72 degrees
