I’m assuming you own Petco, because I just left several complaints about the. Honestly the company PetCo, are alright, and have good products. Still they only use Fed Ex to ship larger orders. This is a problem, because Fed Ex, “never” deliver correctly. Last year I ordered a cat tree, and it was just left in my apartment lobby. The Fed Ex driver didn’t even call my phone number. 212 people live in my building, and if an honest neighbor hadn’t called me it could have been stolen. On Friday I had a cat carrier left. At least this time they didn’t leave it in the lobby. No they left in front of a neighbors door 709. How difficult would it have been to leave 6 feet in front of my door.

They never got back to me, however they want me to rate them... HA! If zero stars was possible, that’s what I’d give.

Never got my order. Called customer service, no further updates.

First of all, why all the e-mails to me.you know that I am unhappy with how I received my order.it should have never been shipped, as I had charcoal, all over the place.i had it on my hands, washing machine and inside the tub.i had to take all the cartridges out of each package, clean the packages on the outside, cut each package wipe off the charcoal on each package.you blamed the manufacturer, I blame you’re shipping dept for putting them in the box, I will never order from you’re company again
