** OLD USA ** DEPRECATED

So my first sump arrived broken. Not the shippers fault or BigAls. Sent the broken one back Monday and was told as soon as it was in the system my replacement would be sent. Contacted to cancel if it wasn’t sent out on Tuesday. Didn’t hear back until Wednesday saying it already shipped but as of Thursday afternoon it still hasn’t shipped. I won’t order anything else from them again. Bulk reef and saltwateraquarium are so much better

Two times they have cancelled my order I’m no longer ordering from big als lost my business amazon or reef supply’s I’ll stick with

Don't like the service 10 days and my order still has not shipped. Customer service just said "sorry". We will get it out asap, still waiting.
