Placed a support ticket #56006 and never received a response about a shipping issue. I guess they don't want my business anymore. Very poor when there are so many competitors out there.

I placed an order and got email confirmation. After several days, I had received a shipping confirmation. I called and they said half my order was backordered for a month, which is why they hadn’t shipped. Were they planning on letting me know this? The lady cancelled the back ordered stuff and said the in stock items would ship same day. I was on a time crunch and needed the items ASAP. I waited several more days and never got a shipping confirmation. I tried to call and the phones were not working. I sent and email and got a response the next day saying the items would ship. Another day went by and I get a follow up email stating that there was an error in the shipping department and it hadn’t shipped yet - but would ship that day. Later that day, I finally got not one, but two emails stating that it shipped out. I ended up getting two packages with the same items. What a total lack of communication. Completely disorganized business. I would never order again.

WHY ADVERTISE ITEMS YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO SALE????

Was not able to place order online. After calling to place order I had to call to find out if order had been shipped after two days, then was sent an email that product was out of stock.
