Have been trying to get info on how to return an item for 5 days!

Unfortunately I am still waiting for a reply to an email requesting information if you have available a 42 inch in length fluorescent tube repti- glow 5.0 that I need for my yellow belly slider turtles

Never will order from Big Al's again. Placed an order on Dec 2nd and after 5 days of not shipping I emailed to see why and was told they would look into it and get it shipped. Another 5 days later (10 days total) it still had not shipped so I called. Called the NY phone # and because they use a call center got Canada, so they couldn't even do much to find out why my order had not shipped after 10 days. Finally got a refund, but that just puts me back to needing the stuff I ordered. Basically just a way to get rid of me without an excuse as to why my order never shipped. That's fine I will go other elsewhere to a company that will actually ship what I order and not leave me hanging for 10 days without any valid reason. Too bad you can't leave zero stars because I sure would leave that for the way this recent order was handled.

ZERO STARS!!! Was told that that their site was LIVE inventory. Turns out that in stock item became out of stock. They gave me a refund, but their site still says In Stock. I email them and they say they will updated their site. To this date it still say In Stock something tell me they just didn’t want to sell the item to me. Also, for the rest of my order, I still have NOT received at tracking number. I placed TWO orders.

Had an issue with my order and had nothing resolved and now I’m out money
