Terrible service.

Tried to cancel an order but was unable.

I tried an order her rather than curb side pick up at my local store. Order was in "packing" status for a week. Email was not responded to other than the auto response. I got an email that I was refunded for an item. When I called I was then told itnwas going out tomorrow. Communication seems poor. Going forward I will just use curbside till thimgdnopen up fully.

They have a good selection on-line and I found everything I needed. But, after 5 days, there was still no indication for when it would ship. I sent an email and inquired about a shipping date. I got an email, saying my request would be forwarded to customer service, but then didn't get a response on an actual shipping date. So I cancelled my order. There are too many other places ship quickly and communicate well.
