Still haven't received my order after two deliveries and three follow ups received 3 of 10 items ordered.

I received the item in a timely matter but it was missing the other container to sift the litter and the one of the handles/ clamps were broken

Found out today that my order I placed 5/17 was canceled on 5/19 due to being out of stock. I didnt get any notifications. I emailed twice but never got a response. Finally gave up and called today, waited about 15 min to talk to someone but finally got an answer. Cant say I would order again, unfortunately.

I ordered a ship for my aquarium on May 15th and I have still not received. The order says its in packing, Anyway I have emailed them twice the first time they respond 3 days later that it should not be taking so long. The second time I have yet to received a response. I tired to be patient due to COVID but its becoming ridiculous

This is the third email I got asking me to leave a review for my one purchase. I already left 2 with bad feedback.
