Aftermath... don't know why you have online customer service to wait 3 days then push you back to the store. when the warranty is only 5 days so really messes you up. After waiting 3 days for a response it was "Call the store" real nice.

place an order in late June and when emailed customer service two and half weeks later they where unable to tell when to expect it . cancelled the order with no apology or explanation

I asked a question through the website. There was little attempt to help me. It was a disappointment.

Why is there no zero star rating? For USD 8.99 Shipping & Handling one would think that after 8 days you would at least ship the order

I ordered 2 items, never received an email updating menon order status. I received 1 item a week and a half later. No word on the other item. According to the the order status on the site, everything is still being "packed". Reached out to customer service, they responded after a week. I reached out again asking about my other items. It's been over 2 weeks since I ordered with no update about my remaining items.
