I order 2 gasket for Eheim 2224, you should have 3 in stock, you refund me without explication.

Answer to my request (tanks of a specific size or close to it) was poor."We dont do customize tank". you should have answer "We dont do customized tank, but we do have tanks with close dimensions such as ....."

Terrible customer service.. ordered 2 $7.00 parts.. was charged almost 20 bucks to ship. A week later I see a refund for $6.00 with no explanation. I email for a answer. Couple days later a package shows up with one part. Got email next day the other was out. That’s why there was a credit. Should have got notified before shipping they only had one and gave me options.

After several tries to order an Eheim Lattice Screen Top for 2260 and getting my order cancelled, I ordered it again on July 1, 2020. I ordered several more items, not getting any updates on my orders I called on July 13th only to find out neither order was shipped and was told they would get them shipped. I received some of my order on July 17, but the Eheim Lattice Screen Top for 2260 was not in the box. I called back and was told it would be shipped out the following Monday, that was not the case. After calling several times and not getting any help, I found out my order was cancelled on July 14th without anyone letting me know. Big Al's service sucks and if I could give it a ZERO I would!!!

This third request for review arrived 11 minutes after the first request. This is annoying and should not have happened.
