Very disappointing! Order was over a week and still listed as “packing” way to long to not even have it package or shipped. Aquarium Co-op is way faster.

they told me a dwarf groumi should live alone and as a centre piece on a table.

I placed an order and it was delivered on time, but there was an item missing and the item I received was wrong (two different colors on top and bottom). So, I emailed (no answer for 2 days), so I called and the woman told me she would make sure my order was correct. Well, the order came and the one item was right, but the other item was wrong again--2 different colors on top and bottom. Very disappointed. Will not order again. You couldn't even get the order right the 2nd time.

I ordered a fish tank that was supposedly in stock, after a few days when I didn’t get a shipping confirmation I emailed them to ask where it was at, and they said it was back ordered but would be shipping the next day. I never received any shipping confirmation and now days later they are not responding to my emails. Very disappointed and will be filing a fraud claim with my CC company.

This site is not good at follow-up and knowing what they have in stock. The site said they have it and you can get charged for it but when it doesn't show up they won't have an answer for you for about a week or more and that's when you call and email them every other day and still no clue on how to do the job.
