Takes weeks to get ur orders no communication

The order was never shipped and all emails and calls ignored. STILL WAITING !

HORRIBLE

I ordered two Marina Breeding Boxes and 2 types of Northfin food. The whole process has been a disaster. First, I got 2 credit memos for the Northfin food without any explanation. I assumed you were out, but then why the heck did they show as available on your website ! Didn't get ANY shipping notification for Marina boxes, so I called. The guy on the phone said, one had been shipped and gave me a shipping number. The other would be shipped the next day from the other warehouse. Then, a couple days later, I get another credit memo for the Marina Boxes again with zero explanation. But yet, I had a shipping number, so decided to wait and see what surprise Big Al had for me. Package arrives. It's a really, really big box taped poorly I might add. The box is absolutely FULL of brown paper and bubble wrap. Box was 2' x 2' x 1'. Inside is of all things the Northfin Flake I ordered. Big box for a little container of food. This has been one of the worst experience ordering online I have ever had for fish supplies. I don't mind paying for the Northfin, so if you want to call I'll give you my card to pay for it since at this point you've refunded everything. So, in summary, here's what's wrong: 1. Why does stuff show on your website if you don't have any QOH. 2. Why do you issue credit memos without any explanation. 3. Why do you deliver small items in gigantic boxes full of paper and bubble wrap. It was a used half-torn up box. Had to cost a fortune to send it. 4. Why weren't shipping notifications sent. 5. Why couldn't the guy on the phone figure out what was going on with the order. 6. The order was placed on 12/19. First and only package was delivered on 1/8. No communication other than random credit memos in the interim. 7. I put in a support request online at some point and never received any response. That's why I ended up calling. I'm very disappointed as I have ordered from Big Al's in the past.

Order placed on 12/29 still not shipped by 1/4, while I understand it’s the holiday season. 1 week turnaround with no action is disappointing even with covid.
