Bought a Proclear aquarium system and it took 8 months to get a system in my house and had to hire a different company to setup system that I paid big al's for, and lost over 3,000 of fish, and big al's wont reimburse, and would not answer warranty claimed. don't buy from big al's.

Terrible communication in both email and customer service. Truly disappointed in what was once a great place to deal with. One less customer now. Getting a response from customer service over an issue is like pulling teeth....never again.

Don't ever order from here they are so unprofessional. I ordered a betta trio tank last week. It saidit had one in stock so I ordered for that one.in the email they said they were going to send me a tracking number when they sent the tank out. They never emailed me plus the tank was out of stock when it said it was in stock online so they had to refund my money. Then I call them and they didn't even tell me that it was out of stock and it was refunded money.Then they got some back in order that same day I'll call them so they reordered it again. So come Monday after ordering it last week I'm still waiting for a track number no track number call them back it's out of order again but it's in stock online so this place is full of unprofessional websites that say stuff is in stock and it's not.so I called today so this is another refund on the second tank that they were supposed to send so they basically playing with my accounts adding payment to my account and then you have to refund my money.
