I placed order and 3 minutes after I emailed them to cancel. They ignored my email and chose to ship it anyway and refuse to cancel the order. Then spammed my email asking to share my thoughts. Apparently orders come first before customer suport.

I ordered on 1/11 and my order hasn’t even been shipped on 1/19 You tell me how I feel about your service...

Placed order 1/1/21, received shipping notification 1/8/21 with fedex tracking showing label had been created but not picked up. On 1/13 I emailed to check status because tracking number still said not picked up. I was told Fedex must have lost the package and a new order would be sent out. On 1/14 a new order was created. I was expecting expedited shipping, but that did not happen as of the writing of this review 1/17 the new order has yet to ship.

Horrible customer service if you can call it that at all. Just a rude person losing their business. Shame.

You could have let me know that the Lixit 5 oz water bottles were out of stock instead of crediting me my payment. Very poor customer service.
