Terrible online service. Having ME pay for shipping to return items. Items are not used and purchased in Feb. Terrible return program. Won't order from there again. Buyers beware.

I just received an order from you and it's incomplete. I called your 888 # and you're closed on Saturdays. The invoice in the box has everything I ordered listed but it isn't all in the box.

I called to cancel my order earlier this week and still have not received my confirmation or my money back.

I ordered a MistKing Starter Kit and instead received aquarium cleaning supplies. I called about the error and was told they would send my MistKing ASAP. Instead, I received an email the next day stating the MistKing was out of stock, had been in stock, and to await my refund. I am still waiting and am currently out over $200 for something they never had on hand to sell me, but they took my money anyway.

I didn’t receive even half of what I ordered and can’t get a response to my texts about it.
